Domain Name Systems
General Information and Corporate Policy
A registration cannot be removed or deleted, have its initial registration term changed, or have its name modified once the registration is complete (usually a matter of seconds after receiving the credit card authorization screen). Please ensure that your information is correct prior to submitting the credit card information. You can however make modifications to the information as to owner, administrator, technical or billing contacts, as well as name servers information, after the initial registration. Fraudulent credit card charges, as well as unauthorized credits, will have the domain name revoked, and your account cancelled without notice. This may affect the ability to modify other domains in your control. To reactivate your account, additional fees and charges will be levied. We recommend you speak to our accounting department prior to any such unilateral action, to avoid the above scenario. If your card is charged the registration amount, and your domain registration is not accepted, our system automatically credits your account for the failed registration amount. In many cases registration failures are due to incomplete or incorrect information. Simply modify the missing or incorrect information, and reprocess the registration. Our system will not ask you for a credit card when using the account amount. To request a credit to your credit card, please contact our customer support , via the online customer support form. Credits given for other reasons will be applied to your account for use against future domain registrations. These credits are not refundable. If you have not received a credit, please contact our office via the online customer support form or by calling (905) 668 2619 during business hours 9 to 5 pm EST. Your credit card statement will reflect the registration service charges as Domain Registrations. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy.
