Privacy domains are exactly that. We provide the ability to use our Whois information details on your domains, to shield you from unwanted spam, internet scams, unwanted solicitations (either by email, telephone or fax), unwanted harrassments, and still provide a valid Whois output (required by Icann regulations).
Lets face it, there are times when people simply don't want home or business address and telephone numbers available on the web.
Simply by checking the "Privacy Domain" checkbox in your domain admin area, we replace the information listed with our own, for submission to the registry, with the EXCEPTION of Your Name. The registration does not belong to us, it belongs to you. You have full control over the domain through your account.
ENSURE that the correct information is listed in your Domain Name Systems account, this includes telephone number and EMAIL address.
We use this to notify you of problems with the domain, renewals, and other important information. If we cannot contact you, the domain will expire without notice to you.

The WHOIS information will revert to the data shown in your domain edit screen.
I have a lot of domains in my account. How do I set them all to privacy?
Use the Global Management link in your customer account. And then select Privacy Domains. The system will provide a mechanism to globally change all your domains to privacy domains.
When do we divulge the actual registrant?
We reserve the right to divulge the actual registrant for any reason. This can include inquries regarding spam, network abuse, or for any other reason we deem (in our sole opinion) to be reasonable.
We divulge to REQUIRED sources, such as law enforcement agencies, courts etc., and in cases
of supeonas. This is not an avenue to hide illegal actions behind a privacy domain. YOU are still responsible for your own actions.
We reserve the right to remove the privacy domain feature from any domain, for any reason whatsoever in our discretion. Users will be notified of such action.
I want to transfer my privacy name to another registrar
If you wish to transfer out a privacy domain, you must FIRST, remove the privacy delegation, by UNCHECKING the privacy domain checkbox, then wait until Whois reflects the changes (usually within 24 hours) before attempting a transfer. All transfer attempts that come to our mail box will be AUTOMATICALLY denied. So change the details first, if you intend to transfer your domain name.
Your privacy domain reverts to YOUR whois information on transfer away.
I want to transfer my privacy name to another account within Domain Name Systems
Simply use the normal inter-account transfer process. The privacy segment will remain on the domain, for the new account user. They may de-select the privacy feature, if they so desire.
I had selected the privacy feature, but I've changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
No, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on privacy domains.
My domain doesn't expire for another 3 years. How does the fee process apply?
The system determines the number of years remaining on your domain name, and applies the fee for the remaining balance of registration time. If it doesn't expire for another 3 years (as an example), the system will require the privacy domain to be set up for the remainder of time, 3 years. The fee is then $10 x 3 , and is applied at the time you select the privacy feature.
What information changes
Only contact information for owner, admin, technical and billing. We do not change your name servers, nor does this affect any remaining time you have on your registration.
