Have a complaint regarding one of our registrants?
First and foremost, we are a registration service much like when you purchase a vehicle and register it.
We do not police the internet, nor do we police our registrants. What they do with the registration is entirely
their business and ultimately their responsibility.
Federal and legal authorities have access to our information, and may subsequent to providing proper documentation receive it, in accordance with Canadian Privacy laws.
If you feel the individual is doing something illegal, report them to the appropriate authorities. We are not the appropriate authorities, and have no ability to investigate complaints nor any authority to do anything about the complaint.
Some success may be had by lodging a complaint with the registrants hosting service, subject to their terms and conditions of service. We do not forward your complaint to them, you must contact them directly.
